These are the terms of using FutureProof VA — the website, the live event, and the operator community. We've kept them tight and plain. Read them.

Who we are

FutureProof VA is a live event and community program serving ambitious Filipino operators. By applying, depositing, or buying a seat, you agree to these terms.

The application

Submitting an application does not guarantee a seat. Most applications get approved if they pass our criteria. Approved candidates are invited to place a deposit, which holds their place in the waitlist queue.

The deposit

The deposit holds your spot in the waitlist queue until the drop. It credits 100% toward your ticket if you complete your purchase at the drop. If you do not complete your purchase in your purchase window, your seat moves to the next person in line — and your deposit does not refund. If the room fills before you reach the front of the line, you choose: full deposit refund, or carry your priority — and today's $250 price — forward to the next room we open within 12 months. The drop

Tickets release on Monday, July 20, 2026 at 9:00pm PHT (6:00am PT). Approved deposit-holders get a purchase window first, in waitlist order. The window is finite. Show up.

The ticket

One ticket gets you a seat at the 2-day live event in the Visayas (August 1 + 2, 2026) and one year of access to the Operator Community. Once purchased, the ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable. We hold the room for committed people; this rule is how we do that.

The community

Your community access is granted for 12 months from the date of the live event. The community includes weekly briefings, implementation missions, talks, live Q&A, a resource library, peer thread, and the request funnel. We may evolve the included components as the community grows.

Conduct inside the community and the room

The room runs on mutual respect. Behavior that endangers, harasses, or materially disrespects other members or the team is grounds for immediate removal without refund. The room is built for people who lift each other up, not pull each other down.

Intellectual property

The curriculum, frameworks, templates, recordings, and other materials we create are licensed to you for your personal use as a member. You do not have the right to resell, redistribute, or rebrand FutureProof materials. The community discussions are confidential to members.

Referrals

Members earn referral credit on a per-paid-referral basis. The exact amount and rules are published on the page. Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, and referrals that violate platform terms are void.

Disclaimers

FutureProof VA teaches and supports — it does not guarantee outcomes. Career, income, and business results depend on your effort and circumstances. We make no income or employment guarantees of any kind.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FutureProof VA, its team, and its contributors are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the program. Direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket.

Changes

If we need to materially change these terms or the program, we will tell you via the email you registered. Continued use after notice means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes are resolved in Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
